CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy At Spruce Haven, your time is valuable - and so is ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking. No Call/No Show: If there is no communication made before your scheduled appointment time, 50% of your service total will be charged. Late Cancellation (Under 24 hours' notice): Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 25% of the service total.
